Try Self-Retrieval First
Quick Self-Service Options
- Dial *346# on the phone number you used during NIN enrolment — your NIN will be sent by SMS.
- Send a text with your full name and date of birth to 346 (works on MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).
- Log in to the NIMC self-service portal if you have your enrolment details.
If any of the above methods work, you're done! If not — your phone number may have changed, or there may be an issue with your record — come to us and we'll resolve it.
